NC Saints 2008 Fundraiser

Handout -- first day of practice

You will receive your fundraiser packet from your Team Mom or Coach.  Unless you used the buy-out option at registration, you are expected to sell $170 worth of fundraiser products (plus $110 for each additional sibling in our program).  If you do not make your goal, you are expected to pay a prorated amount to buy-out the rest of your fundraiser before the first regular-season game.  Your child may be benched until the balance is paid.  If you have any questions, please talk to Roxanne Lehman at the Concession Stand.

Fundraiser hand in        August 12, 2008
                                        Hand in your orders and payment full to your Team Mom or Coach

Fundraiser Delivery     September 18, 2008
                                        Pickup your orders at the Pavilion at Memorial Field, 
                                        between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM

The New Cumberland Saints are not responsible for any
fundraiser orders that are not picked up on the Delivery Date!
