Banquet

Football players and
cheerleaders receive one free ticket each, after all equipment is returned in
good order.
Tickets will be
available for purchase
at all uniform hand ins.
Ticket purchases are limited to two tickets per
family, until all families have had the opportunity to buy.

The banquet is held at
the Holiday Inn
West
(on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg), in
the ballroom on the lower level.
Doors open no earlier than 6:00 PM.
The banquet starts promptly at 6:30 PM with a buffet dinner, followed by an
awards presentation and DJ entertainment.

Each team member receives one free
banquet ticket after all of his or her clean equipment and uniform items are handed in, and all
other obligations are met. All items MUST be clean and in good
condition at uniform hand-in. If desired, each family may purchase two more banquet tickets. (Additional tickets are available, but quantities are
severely limited.) Tickets cannot be reserved, and will not be handed out until
paid in full.
All children should sit with their parents during the banquet
and awards ceremony. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at
all times. Anyone misbehaving or abusing the banquet facility will be
required to leave immediately.

Menu:
Salad, sliced roast sirloin of beef,
fried chicken, stuffed pasta shells, corn, whipped potatoes, tater tots, rolls
and butter, and a desert bar. Coffee, hot and ices tea, with pitchers of
soda for each table during dinner. Cash bar available.
